My journey started my career as a builder/business owner, where I learned first hand the value of resilience, adaptability and strategic thinking. Running a business taught me the importance of balancing vision with practical execution—a principle I carry into my coaching practice today.
After years in the construction industry, I felt called to explore my passion for working directly with people, which led me to pursue training as a Kinesiologist and energy healer.As a Kinesiologist, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients connect with their inner strength, release limiting beliefs, and achieve greater physical and emotional harmony. This experience deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the role it plays in personal and professional success. I’ve since combined this expertise with coaching to offer a truly holistic approach to growth and transformation.
