About me

Hi, I’m Don, and my path to becoming a kinesiologist hasn’t been a straight line, but it’s been a deeply rewarding one.

For years, I worked in the construction industry, running my own business, leading teams, meeting deadlines, and managing all the demands that come with building both projects and a company from the ground up. It taught me a lot about resilience, problem-solving, and people, but something inside me was quietly calling for more. I knew I was capable of building more than just structures. I wanted to help people build lives that felt right too.

That quiet calling eventually became impossible to ignore, and I followed it into the world of kinesiology and coaching.
